Guest guest
Yep, they estimated about 85% correction!!! Whoohooo!! We get our exit casting on Feb 8th. That will also be her 4 month day in the band. So we will only have been in the band for 4 months exactly!! Not bad for a 10 month to 14 month baby! Just goes to show all the new parents that tons of correction can still achieved with the older babies. I went with the exit cast because we wanted the before and after head mold. I still shake my head whenever I see her before mold at each appointment with CT. I've somehow forgotten how truely misshapen her little noggin was. It's amazing to see the difference. now I'll be able to show people/family the difference, and how truely amazing these little bands can be. I'm so blessed to have found you all, and to have made the decision to band Emmers. Yep, I was so worried in the beginning about all those little things you worry about... pressure, the " LOOKS " , ect... And to tell you the truth... it was easy, I just didn't watch for the looks, and took to her band like a dream. I just am glad we had it on while she learned to walk...lol. Kindof wish she had something to protect her little noggin all the time... guess we'll have to get some bruising now till she realizes her head is sensitive after all to bumps and pain. I'll be staying here, and I hope to help some of the new parents in the long run. Guest guest
That's terrific news Kelli! I couldn't be happier for you! My gosh, she got excellent correction. It really does go by fast doesn't it? In the beginning 4 mos sounds like forever, but it does fly. Congrads again.
