On non institutionalization of HIV orphan children in India

Hello everyone,

I want to express my opinion on this topic on institutionalizaiton of Children.

Well,I do agree that institution are not the solution or the best substitute for

a child. How many of us would be ready to take a (HIV+) child in our homes to be

a part of our family? Who will provide all the nececssary provision for day to

day living moreover the care and protection needed?

As far as possible if a child can be taken care by any family that's the best

thing but ---! Sponsoring a child also do not help much untill some gift is

given in kind to that particular child or else as we know it is shared by

everyone related.

SOS is trying to help out the few deprived and as a team we can look out how

best we can be instrumental in helping the children and the concerned people.
