Guest guest
> Can anyone direct me to a site that would have recipes for lotion bases > ,shower gel bases etc.? Hi ; Go to Google search engine and type in lotion making + recipes and you will get literally hundreds of sites that have dozens of recipes. That is how I got all of my recipes. But for a starter here is a site to go to www.betweenfriendstoo.com when you get to the home page on the left hand side is a menu go to recipes and that site has all kinds of recipes they have 11 pages of cream and lotion recipes. Guest guest
Myrtle, let me know what you use in your homemade balm I have a bunch of stuff to experiment with, essential oils, all kinds of lotion bases. Of the drugstore lotions (with all the petrochem stuff et al), I like the Eucerin in the bottle, the one with the microcrystalline wax, and the Heel Balm in the squatty white jar with the pump. Of the 30 or so I've tried, those have the nicest texture. There's a baby Aveeno in the tube too that is pretty nice. kj > > > > > > > > Thank you Myrtle.
