O/T--Help for the Culinary Challenged?

The culinary challenged being me! I need some recipes for Friday nights during Lent. In case you aren't familiar, during Lent we have to fast from meat on Fridays, so I need some good meatless recipes. The thing is, my hubby hates cheese and we both don't care for fish all that much, except for maybe fish sticks but I don't think they're really fish ;o) And there are only so many times I can order pizza before getting sick of it. And I don't think I could turm chocolate into a meal, no matter how hard I may try! If you have any yummy recipes please share!! NikiKaylie & Danny (STAR grads)Phila., PAFor more plagio info

Believe me, I am far more culinary challenged than you'll ever be,

but have you considered some sort of pasta dish? Like fettucine

alfredo or something similar? Mmm, that sounds good to me right now!

If I had to make something, nothing like a good ole box of Kraft Mac

& Cheese for the '. LOL - see what I mean about culinary

challenged?????

Niki:

I think it's Prego who makes a new sauce called Pasta Bakes- It is so

unbelievably easy. You just use a box of UNcooked pasta, a jar of that

sauce and a jar of water and bake and it's actually very yummy. I usually

add spinach and sliced mushrooms into the mix (I have to try and sneak

veggies into things at our house), but it gives it something extra.

Good luck!
