Lori:

Helmets should not inhibit hair growth at all. My daughter was born

with a ton of hair & never lost any in her bands. Maybe your son is

just a late hair bloomer :). Most of my nieces & nephews never got

hair til they were about 2.

Lori,

When my daughter was wearing her band, it actually helped her grow

more hair. With the band on, she wasn't rubbing away anymore hair,

and the little bald patch she had in the back grew in. We were

surprised that she had any hair, it seems the last few girls born

into this family were bald until they were almost 3...lol. We would

ask my one little cousin when was she going to go to school, and she

would tell us when her hair got big!
