Hmm, I wonder what she will think when people make fun of him because of his

flat head!!!! That will last a life time. The helmet would only last a few

months. You're right though - to each his own.

That is funny I must have jinxed it when I said yesterday that I had

not had anyone talk to me about Graces helmet until yesterday because

today a woman asked about it. I explained to her that it was for the

plagio and that she had experienced some head drifting due to her

torticollis also so that was the main reason for the helmet. She

said that her friends son had a really really bad flat head in the

back from them keeping him on his back all the time and her doctor

recommended a helmet but they wouldn't do it because they didn't want

him to get made fun of for wearing a helmet:( That is very sad that

they made the choice based on that. She said his head is so flat

that it is sad. But I guess to each his own!

I hope so too from the way the girl was talking doesn't sound like they are too concerned with the flatness which makes me think that they don't really reposition which will not result in a round head. I haven't had rude comments either which is so nice. The two people who have asked me about her helmet one had famliy members who had worn them and the girl today was just curious. I forget she even has it on most of the time! --

Hopefully the baby boy that you were talking about head will round

out on it's own over time. I am sure a lot of parents have felt that

way. But I was really surprised I didn't get more rude comments

about Abby's bands. I guess people are nicer than we give them

credit for sometimes.
