The organization aims to improve the quality of life and to provide a sense of belonging to the people living with HIV in India. At present, INP+ requires a Positive Speakers Bureau Coordinator and a Training Officer No of Vacancies two: Positive Speakers Bureau Coordinator – one Training Officer – One Location: Chennai Basic Qualification Required (Applicable for both the posts) • Graduate in Sociology/Psychology/Social work • Min. of 2 Yrs Experience in HIV/AIDS related work • Good communication skills in English – Writing and Speaking • Fluency in Hindi, Tamil and other vernacular languages will be an added advantage • Basic Computer Skills Job Description Positive Speakers Bureau (PSB) Coordinator • Organizing and coordinating PSB programs in different states • Monitoring and Evaluation of the Project • Preparing reports/documentation Training Officer • Designing and organizing national level skills-building workshops for People Living with HIV • Develop training/workshop curriculum • Facilitate training sessions during the workshops • Prepare workshop reports and documentation • Develop mechanisms for evaluation of quality and effectiveness of trainings Preference will be given for HIV positive candidate with similar qualifications. Remuneration will not be a bar for the right candidate.
