Glad to hear that the casting is over and you will soon have your second

band. I'll be keeping my fingers crossed for some great growth spurts while

he is wearing it! So good to hear that the insurance will cover the second

band as well. Most insurance companies will cover continuing treatment

without too much trouble, but you're right - it was the fighting and winning

the appeal that made that possible!!! Good job with that! :-)
