Congratulations! I hope some of your luck rubs off on us! We have

a very slim chance with our appeal. Our insurance policy doesn't

cover orthotics even though the " Customer Service " reps told me it

did. We got hit with the bill for the first band and the final

payment for Dane's cord blood banking in the same month. OUCH! No

vacation this year! Well, like I say, as long as there is room on

the credit card! Mastercard is loving us.

Woooo hoooooo Great news!! Congrats. That gives me some hope. I am

just begining my appeals process and although its with a different

insurance company it gives me hope to know that appeals can be won.!

That is wonderful news!!! Yippeee!!! You are just more proof that

it does pay (literally and figuratively) to keep fighting your

insurance company! I am thrilled for you and your family, what a

did you choose for your external review?
