Guest guest
I've often read that it's particularly important for PWCs to supplement with a good multivitamin + bioflavonoidsand it really does make sense to do so to optimise health. I think they do help even if we don't really notice much difference. I just started taking a yeast, corn, wheat, dairy-product free multi by Solgar. I was wondering: * Did anyone notice visible improvement from taking multivitamins? * What are some good brands over there? Solgar's pretty high grade brand isn't it? * What brand/type did you guys that have taken multis most like? My has iron and copper because I couldn't find a good multi without them. Thanx & good health to all, a

I take GNC's Ultra Mega Gold without iron. Have been taking two a day for years, and am very happy with them. They're very well balanced, and seem to be quite complete. I notice the difference when I take one instead of two, which suggests they're doing *something* worthwhile. Sara
Guest guest
I certain can tell the difference! I have tried several brands over the years. And, toward the beginning, I stopped taking them for awhile. At that time the main difference I noted was the amount of gray in my hair. When I resumed taking them, the gray receded. I understand that is the effect of the b-complex. Now I am using a brand called Propax with NT Factor, and the difference in my energy level changes if I skip it for a few meals. I highly recommend it. Adrienne Multivitamins - do they *really* help? Guest guest
They do seem quite balanced (googled it:)). Hadn't heard of that brand.
