Tim Guilford (who, evidently, is now part of the Wellness Pharmacy gang) put me on 2g/day of NAC in 2000 -- well before glutathione was understood as having anything to do with anything, for pretty much the same reason. I noticed right away that it worked much like Singulair to calm my allergy reactions -- the biggest issue I was having at the time. I was still pretty sick, and it did make me feel some better.
