Cigna's Decision overturned...Thanks!

I just wanted to thank everyone, especially Marci, for

all the information regarding insurance companies.

After fighting for several months, an external review

board finally overturned Cigna's refusal to cover my

son's band. I just want to encourage everyone who is

denied coverage to keep fighting until the end. There

were several times my husband and I almost gave up,

because we became convinced we would never win an

appeal. Without the information provided by this

group, we probably would have given up.
