Hi Mike,

Abnormalities will show up on EKG but you have to make sure the

interpreter looks for and reports them. Here is some related info:

From The Committee for Justice and Recognition of ME page on the

ME/CFS Canadian Clinical Working Case Definition, Diagnostic and

Treatment Protocols:

Palpitations with or without cardiac arrhythmias may be present.

Further investigation by 24-Hour Holter Monitor may be indicated if

a significant arrhythmia is suspected. Repetitively oscillating T-

wave inversions and/or flat T-wave may be found. (Request to be

informed of this pattern as it may not be reported or subsumed under

non-specific T-wave changes by the interpreter
