I didn't realize your hubby is with the military when I wrote this

earlier post. I don't know if he would be able to help you, but

McCain (R-AZ) is always fighting for the soldiers. You might

want to send an email to his office. It's at least worth a shot. I

worked on his presidential campaign. He is really a great guy.
