Guest guest
Please continue to repot the actual progress you are making. I hope, along with you, for a better future. I have been sick even longer, and am older. But I want more than hope, I want facts. In all these years I doubt I have thrown away $1700. on useless supplements. Most everything I take now clearly helps. The only things I cannot tell the difference about are, in fact, antioxidants. Maybe I never took enough.( Vit C is a definite exception to that, and so is grapeseed extract.) Adrienne Adrienne/All HI All, I am 56 years old. I have been sick for 25 years. I figure I may have 20 left if I am lucky and more if I can address my genetic mutations. I am NOT UP for 20 more years like the last ones!!! For years (I now realize, because of my genetics) I have thrown money away on supplements that could never help me. The $1700 I spend on the SNP panel plus the Genovations Detox panel was the BEST MONEY I every spent. I can now address those issues that are making me sick. I will advocate Yasko, for me it seems to be the clearest answer. Not quick and easy but in the long run, I think the best chance I have. Guest guest
Adrienne, I'm with you on the supplements. Everything I take makes a difference that I can feel - except the antioxidants, which I take for insurance. But it still costs a fortune, and I look all over for the cheapest sourcees, etc. Keeping stocked up on supplements is in itself a major chore! I've been banging my head against the wall for years trying to get a little better, and every antimibrobial gives me a horrible reaction. So it seems I have some blocks somewhere. That's why I chose to have the Yasko test. It did reveal many SNPs. Will it work? I don't know. I hope so. Logic tells me it will. But we all have to do what seems best for US, individually, what we feel we can afford, and what we are going to take a gamble on when it comes to the big bucks. Like you, I'm older, have been sick longer, and I also feel life should be fun. And I'm sick of my bed! Michele G > > Please continue to repot the actual progress you are making.
