Guest guest
I have had good luck with both piracetam (because of its 6-8 hour duration) and SAMe in helping me get to sleep and stay sleeping. For me, piracetam is also a good pain-killer, because I get both headaches and muscular aches when I get mold exposure (the cause of my fatigue, clearly, to me) Often cholestyramine helps me sleep also, sometimes in the past I have had to take a booster of it at around 3 am - although not in a while.. thank God.. but there was a dramatic improvement in my sleep then.. (this is when i was getting mold exposure while living in and moving out of a moldy apartment I used to live in - moldy with stachybotrys - lots of it..a real nightmare..) My theory was that new mold exposure would slowly release mycotoxins into my system peaking at around 6-12 hrs after the exposure and that that is when the worst symptoms would begin.. (the pain..)
