Guest guest
Hi Janet, Please understand that I am not having ammonia and CBS issues at this time so I can eat more protien. You may not want to compare to me at this time. Out for Breakfast Eggs, potatoes, ground beef, spinache, Coffee Light lunch, Banana and melon Out for Dinner- Green beans, chard, chicken, squash, rice I still watch dairy and wheat . . . I am much more strict and eat less protien during the week. I still use Ammonina RNA daily with Muscle support RNA for the exercise. I can not handle corn because of the yeast connection. Corn can have mold issues. Hope this helps. Sue T alwaysacutie2u <jgstev716@...> wrote: HI Sue, I think it is so great that you are doing better!! YOu go girl!!! Guest guest
Hi Sue, So it sounds like the ammonia and CBS came under control rather quickly. This is so encouraging. I guess I needed to ask, what did you eat when you had more of an issue with ammonia and the CBS??? Thank you for your help, Janet Sue T <morabshadow@...> wrote: Hi Janet, Please understand that I am not having ammonia and CBS issues at this time so I can eat more protien. Guest guest
lunch and dinner about the same, but fist size of protien only per day. Breakfast would be some of the same veggies listed, rice cereal with rice milk, minimal fruit. Keep it simple and sweet!
