Lori,

My daughter also wore a helmet rather then a band and her hair actually grew

quite a bit while in the helmet. My orthotist told me that the helmet often

promotes hair growth and in our case it did!

Lori, unlike my little , I had no hair basically till well into my 2's. Every child is different with hair growth. He'll get it, until then, thank your lucky stars, because hair gets all sweaty and sticky under those helmets/bands...lol.

Hi Lori!

will be in his STARband 6 mos. on Feb. 22nd and he has a full head of blond hair. He was born with a lot of hair, and he did not lose any since. We actually had to get his first haircut about a month or so ago, and he will be ready for another one here real soon. I, too, thought he would lose some hair in his band, but his orthotist said "no". He was right.

WHERE'S THE HAIR??

Hello everyone. My son is 16 months and has been in a helmet for 6 months now. He still has basically no hair. He is in the helmet and not the band, so I was wondering if anyone knows if his hair is not growing because of the helmet. His doctors say it's not because of the helmet, but I would rather listen to the mommies out there. Lori. For more plagio info

full head of hair when he was born never lost one and never had any thinning

with the helmet. Sorry Could not be of more help! on the other hand my
