Guest guest
Hi Jill Thanks. I tripped upon some of this myself too, like avoiding gluten and dairy (caseine has a bodywide effect upon me, lactose produces more typical allergy symptoms). A few years ago I discovered methyl B12, but went to quickly on it intially. Thiamine, TMG and metafolin seem to be working well for me. The significance of tests I had done in the late 80s and early 90s now have more meaningful explanations. If I could afford these tests I would have my son and I tested; he has a long list of health issues, some of these are relevant to Dr Amy's work. He is sensitive to excitotoxins. TC, Tansy ........It is also nice for me, anyway, to know why I have intuitively avoided > and then gravitated to certain things.
