I had a frozen shoulder that was so stuck and painful that I could not even

wash under my arm. They said it would only release under anaethetic and I

decided that could not stand the pain anymore. I was only out for about 15

minutes and suffered no ill effects from it although I am really ill. The

pain was just making things worst. You have to egt it moving and keep up the

exercises to get it back but am not sorry it was done. I think it would

still be stuck today if it had not been done. Had a shot of morphine for the

pain after the manipulation and it was my best day since i have had this

horrible llness. Asleep in the morning and then no pain for the rest of the

day, it was like being normal for that day.
