Still have trouble adjusting

I know now some movement is normal. We went back to the ortho on Friday he made quite a few adjustments and put gel in the back to help it stay. I thought that would be it.....but its still coming forward and hitting the bridge of her nose. She gets so irritated and the more irritated she gets the more she arches her back and pushes the band forward. I fear her getting hurt so I keep taking it off. I start out saying I'm not going to take it off today, I adjust it and adjust it until we get to the point where she so upset I just take it off. I feel like I making her suffer (I know that's normal). Right now she's sleeping comfortably with it on. Last night she slept from 9-5 when she woke crying her eyes were completely covered by the band. I have an appt. Tues. I hope this will do it.

I want to thank everyone that responded to my call for help. As prepared as I was...I wasn't prepared for this. I guess I thought the band would go on and we would have no problems. I realize now adjustments are more common than not.
