Guest guest
Hi Tealk. I believe that I have a lack of motility which may be related to my weight loss and muscle wasting. Does anyone know if expensive digestive enzymes would help, or should I pursue things that help w/ motility. BTW, I have the name of two products that someone gave me that help w/ motility. Guest guest
Mike, my guess, based on my own experience is that the muscles that move things along also get as fatigued as my voluntary muscles. When I was still getting very tired very easily, everything would stop until I rested. But I have arranged my diet so that it is easier on my tract. Cutting back on grains, having plenty of raw and cooked green leafies really make a difference, and aloe vera gel is for when I haven't been able to manage my diet. It also helps to have the abdomen, especially the lower, massaged. Adrienne Re: Dr Willaim Wong has/had cfs/fms - A long talkradio about enzymes Hi Tealk.
