sudden whey cessation - ok?

Sorry to always be the guy with ?'s ?'s ?'s ! Hopefully someday I can

contribute more info here. One month in, and my symptoms have gone

from exercise-induced only to being almost constantly present. Can I

stop the whey suddenly without any bad results? I was thinking of

backing off and then reintroducing fractional amounts in a week or

two... Does this sound like an intelligent route?
