Hi All,

Just wanted to inform you on our situation. We have an appointment

with a paediatrician on Friday and we managed to get in touch with Dr

Blecher who is going to see us when he is next in the UK in 2 weeks

time!! YEH. In the meantime i have sent him some photos of ons

head for him to take a look. I'm hoping if he is sure he needs a band

that they will take the casting while we are down in London rather

than to have to wait another 2 weeks. At least things are moving - i

feel like i've had a huge weight lifted off my shoulder!!

( I'll be interested in what the Paediatrician has to say - but i

feel now that i'm armed with information and knowledge - so that

makes me feel good and ready for any argument that may present

itself!!!!) I think i'll get them to take a CT scan anyway.

I've also decided to write to a morning TV programme over here to

bring this to their attention - try to see if they can do anything to

make the general public aware of plagio - we seem to be so far behind

in this - My dad was discussing on with his secretary when she

said that her granddaughter has a flat head at the back and the DR's

had told her not to worry - how many people there must be out there

who have no idea? Its really worrying.

Anyway thankyou - so, so much for all of you that have helped me -

what a fantastic site and what a difference it makes to our lives.

I'll update you on the Paediatrician meeting later!!!...

Kindest Regards,

Eleanor ( mum to on) UK

Eleanor:

Thanks so much for the great update! Things are really rolling for

you now. Good luck at the pediatrician, you are right to be " armed "

with all your information now - you know more than your pediatrician

already! That is also wonderful you are taking the time to write to

yuor TV station. You could also try local newspapers - a lot of our

members have had their plagio story printed in their community news!

I hope you get a response from them. It does sound like the UK needs

information on plagio..

Keep us updated on your progress. Good luck.

Eleanor,

That is wonderful that Dr. Blecher will be able to see you in 2

weeks...talk about service!! It would be wonderful if your

television station would do a story on plagio. Info and help in the

UK sounds like it is really lacking, you would be doing so many

parents a huge service by sharing your story. Good luck, and let us

know how it goes with Dr. Blecher.
