did not lose any hair while in the helmet. My ortho said he had spoken

with a dermatologist (I think that is what he said) and it was suggested that

the warmth and moisture caused by the helmet actually promoted hair growth.

's hair actually filled in and got longer and thicker while she was in

her helmet.
