Guest guest
I have a too! How old is yours? I've not heard anything about head size, only the age and which correction starts. That's an interesting question though!
Guest guest
Dana: Head circumference is not a reliable way to measure progress, from what I understand. The head will actually change shape, so measurements will not be taken from the same place each time. Kendra question about head size Hi all,Does anyone know if the size of your child's head prior to getting the band affects the amount of correction you recieve? My son's head is in the 75th percentile now. Does the head need to grow larger for correction to occur? I just can't see his head getting any bigger. lol.I must sound like an idiot but I'm having trouble picturing this.DanaMom to For more plagio info

While my daughter was in her band, her head grew but her head circumference % always remained consistent at 50%. So your son's head will grow while in the band, but that doesn't mean his head circumference will go off the charts. Does that make sense?? Guest guest
Dana, I don't the head size will be a factor at all. 's head was in the 90th percentile the whole time she was in her helmet. Her head grew proportionally so it really wasn't an issue. Hope this helps! Marci (Mom to ) Oklahoma
