Several Vacancies with FHI

Dear FORUM,

We are a management consultancy and have been retained by Family Health

International (FHI), to help fill several vacanies for HIV/ AIDS interventions,

funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.

Family Health International (FHI) is a non-profit, non-governmental

organization with 25 years of experience in reproductive health, enhancing

research and management capabilities of family planning and HIV/AIDS

prevention organizations worldwide. FHI strengthens programs to prevent the

spread of HIV/AIDS and sexually transmitted infections (STI) and improve

care and support for people with HIV/AIDS. In India, USAID has been funding

FHI through the global IMPACT project to manage NGO-implemented HIV/AIDS

prevention and care projects and provide technical assistance to the

National AIDS Control Organization (NACO), and the bilateral HIV/AIDS

projects, AVERT in Maharastra and APAC in Tamil Nadu.

FHI has received funding from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation (BMGF)

under the Avahan India AIDS Initiative, to manage HIV/AIDS interventions for

sex workers and their clients in Mumbai and Thane. FHI will manage this

project in synergy with the IMPACT project and coordinate closely with

MSACS, MDACS and the AVERT project.
