Guest guest
I've read that D-Ribose is sourced from corn. Is there anyone with a corn allergy or sensitivity who is taking it and doing well in spite of it being sourced from corn? Thanks bf Re: D-Ribose, NADH, Creatine, Mito cocktail--Bonnie Bonnie, Is the D-Ribose helping your sleep at all? I read that it's helped some with their sleep. If it is, how is it helping you? I have a lot of trouble sleeping. Sue B. > > > Because of severe food sensitivities, I have had to begin with a small dose of d-ribose, so the change so far is small, but dramatic. All my life (67 years) I have what I call the twenty-four hour tiredness. This means that no matter how long I rest in bed, my fatigue is not relieved. I have been bed-ridden since 1992 and just kept getting more tired. Since starting d-ribose, I have been able to begin feeling rested for the first time. As I gradually increase the dose, I am able to feel more rested. It is also beginning to help with my terrible digestive problems. > > My goal is to gradually work up to taking the full Dr. Sinatra protocol which includes 15 grams of d-ribose daily and expect big changes by then. I have just started l-carnitine which is on the protocol, and that is helping, too. The name of the article is: CFS as Heart Failure Secondary to Mitochondrial Malfunction: A Nutritional Support Protocol. > > Once I am up to the full protocol, I will post a detailed description of the changes it has wrought on . > > Best Wishes, > > Bonnie > >
