Guest guest
Does anyone know the stature of limitations for buying a home, then a few years after finding out that it was totally saturated behind the walls with toxic mold ? I am abandoning this home, and having problems in court. The county judge thru out the case laughing " what does she expect for what she paid? " $60,000 worth of a collapsed house, health problems for my children and myself, pets dieing and loss of all our posessions is what I got. My attorney needs any homeowners that won in fed. courts. Guest guest
I wouldn't think it would matter what you paid for your home. For that judge to laugh, he should have been thrown off the bench. What does matter is the contractual terms upon which you purchased the house and what disclosures there were.
