Guest guest
This is great stuff, I'm sure many would be so grateful for it. Peace www.freeboards.net/index.php?mforum=sickgovernmentb Elvira Re: [] (no subject) Hello All - If you've been following Janet's story, you alreaday know that federal employees have virtually no protection against unreasonable Worker's Comp decisions. There is no accountability whatsoever, and very few attorneys are available to handle this kind of case. That makes these state Senators the right people to step in at this point. For about a quarter, you can call this senator's office and leave a voice mail letting him know his office has a job to do. They can ignore an email, they can ignore a phone call. But come Monday morning, somebody in that office is going to have to listen to all the voicemail. I don't think they're going to be able to ignore a whole bunch of messages telling them to take action. The number is below. Please mention Janet s and leave your name, so they can keep track of how many individual calls they are getting on this. Guest guest
Dear Marcie, Im sorry to hear you are going through this too. These workmen comp doctors are paid to turn us down. I understand about all the mold. The basement I worked in has a report done on how dangerous it was with black mold six feet up the walls. We used to wade in the water after a rain storm. I am still sick. Even a year and a half after they got rid of me. If I get around mold, I am right back where I started where I hurt too bad to get out of bed and I cant breathe with the asthma. My immune system is also shotand I am now multiple chemical sensitized. I live in a condo with air cleaners waiting for that disability check that doesnt even pay the rent or buy the groceries. I have been fighting the system for a year and a half and was denied again so I will appeal. These people just do not care and would as soon you drown then help you or pay you. God Bless, Janet
Guest guest
Janet, I know how you feel. I too hurt constantly, I am taking IVIG's because my Immune System totally crashed. I need the anti-fungal treatments but can not until my Immune System comes up. Even then, I do not have the money to get the treatments I need. I was exposed to Stachybactrys Mold and they were scraping it off the walls with brooms!!!! I never knew why I was sick until I found the mold growing in my own office. I pray that all of us victims of Mold try to get it into the hard heads of these so called know-it-all Insurance Companies that this is not a joke. I am trying very hard to educate the ones related to my case but I am not sure they want to hear me. I will continue to try and will not give up!!! This is a life we are talking about but to some people, it does not seem to matter unless it happens to them or one of their family members. Sincerely, Marcie Elvira52@... wrote: Re: [] (no subject) Hello All - If you've been following Janet's story, you alreaday know that federal employees have virtually no protection against unreasonable Worker's Comp decisions. Guest guest
A good discription of my immmune system also. Sounds like something I could use. I'll have to ask my doctor about this. > > Janet, > > I know how you feel. I too hurt constantly, I am taking IVIG's > because my Immune System totally crashed.
