Guest guest
I'am adding this section about raw foods in this list, because being affected by chemicals in those building's it really disrupts the natural pathways of your body and I know how it has affected me, and when I eat raw foods my body craves it, I only wish doctors knew that raw and organic foods helped illnesses, because then those on disability would have a little more income, but even one of the environmental doctors in Toronto would not fill out that form, because the Medical System is watching them, and we need to pay with the money we barely have for expensive tests. The rachel.com environmental news has something by Brovovitch, haven't had a chance yet to read it. Janice What raw food eating does: February 1999 I was diagnosed with breast and cervical cancer. My doctor recommended surgery, chemotherapy and radiation. I refused this treatment because my mother and my aunts had cancer opted for surgery, chemotherapy and radiation and like so many others their cancers just came back with a vengeance. I found out about Dr. Ann Wigmore and the Living Foods Lifestyle and when I read what it had done for others I decided to adopt this program as my healing regime. In this particular lifestyle, it is much more than a diet and includes not only raw foods, but living foods as well. The Living Foods are those which are sprouted and growing when you eat them, i.e. mung bean sprouts, lentil sprouts, sunflower sprouts, buckwheat sprouts, etc. In less than six months I was cancer free and all of my other symptoms completely disappeared including depression, arthritis, migraine headaches, allergies, chronic fatigue, insomnia, bad skin, acid reflux, indigestion and heartburn. My doctor was so amazed at my complete transformation that he wrote the forward to my book, “The Living Foods Lifestyle” and now, sends his patients to my center so that I can help them heal naturally. It’s amazing. I lost over 70 pounds and went from a size 18-20 to a size 6-8. I look younger and have fewer wrinkles. I once had problems with acne, psoriasis and eczema, now my skin is glowing and beautiful. My once dull eyes are now bright and clear and my eyesight improved so much that I don’t have to wear glasses anymore. I look 20 years younger. Cellulite diminished. My hair turned back from gray to its natural color and became thick and full of body. It even developed natural curl and waves like I had when I was a baby. <http://www.beautifulonraw.com/html/links.html> Good links about raw foods. The Optimum Nutrition Bible by Holford (the test asks you a long series of questions and from that you work out how deficient you are in certain vitamins, fats and minerals) My first meal of the day was often fruit, it just made me cope with life and prevented me putting on weight. Dr Doug Graham, book “Grain Damage” explains that wheat is not an optimal food choice. During the times I stopped eating wheat, my mood was lighter, as were my sleeping patterns. My bloated tummy deflated, too. Maggie, a 57 year old produce buyer, lost 32 pounds in 2 1/2 months. After 9 months on Alissa's Raw and Living food diet she has begun to notice her gray hair turning dark again. Her skin is glowing and she looks 20 years younger. Ellen, 50 years old, lost 17 pounds. She has tried every diet imaginable to help her heal her inherited high blood pressure. Two weeks after being on Alissa's raw and living food diet she was off of her medication after many years. <http://www.alissacohen.com/before.html> After just a few months on the raw food diet, I had no symptoms of Fibromyalgia, my Candida was gone and I felt better then I had since my teenage years. My energy shot through the roof and I began to look younger and younger. I was more positive and happy. I began to share this diet with others and found they got the same kind of results. <http://www.alissacohen.com/rawguruinterviewalissa.htm> Say you have a craving for french fries or potato chips. This means you have a craving for something oily and salty. So we replace these junk foods with nuts and seaweed. The seaweed that I find the closest to the salt craving is Wakame or Bull Kelp. By mixing these with almonds, you are getting a tasty protein, and the seaweed has all the minerals and trace elements that you require on a daily basis, and you are taking something that was an unhealthy craving and turning it into a rich nourishing treat that is very good for you. <http://www.thegardendiet.com/abouttgd.html> Here is one secret: autism, ADD/ADHD, etc. is virtually unknown. The reason is obviously simple. Babies born in Thailand do not require vaccination. Vaccination is not mandatory but it is optional. If you tell your doctor you don't want vaccination, it's o.k. They don't force you. Here is another secret: Hospitals here in Thailand will not pull the plug even if you are in a coma for 20 years. You pay the bills they won't unplug you. Court does not rule whether you die or not. This is an individual choice. So Schiavo problem would be very much different here in Thailand. The courts will not bother about these personal issues and it is left to the families to decide. All this is coming from a Third world country, Thailand where we never brag about freedom. It seems true freedom is not what we say, but what we do. p.s. Talking about coma, as a side note. Some actually came out of the coma after 20 years. Tiny amounts of lithium (1 mg/day) may have something to do with it as lithium accelerates brain cell growth within a matter of weeks! Many scientists are currently baffled how brain cells could grow after you are 30 years old. Maybe lithium is just what we need, but not in the amount recommended for manic depressives! It take it now and then to remove the uric acid buildup in my pineal gland as well as increasing nerve growth, to reverse some antiaging effects. ______________________________________________________________________ Post your free ad now! http://personals..ca
