Guest guest
Dear Marcie, Ive been there done that. Keep your chin up and thats what we are here for. I left work a year and a half ago and am still sick. Some are your symptoms. No way to appeal the workmens comp? No knowledge of a testing they did on the mold? Guest guest
Marcie, I would contact EEOC, the ADA division, about your " liability problem " . Your employer is supposed to make provisions for you to work there. Keep fighting WC. I am after 6 years. Sometimes I just want to give up, but then I rebound. The IQ (cognitive impairment) problem will correct itself now that you're out of your moldy surroundings. You should see if you can have a brain SPEC scan done to present to WC at a later date. According to Mt. Sinai Hospital in NYC, every mold victim has the same brain lesions in the same spot. Be sure to get the ADA papers filled out immediately. That was my big mistake. I was fighting in unknown territory at the time. With major chronic fatigue, it was and still is difficult to function normally and get through the red tape. Guest guest
, I find this information that you had mentioned about the white spots very interesting. I have heard of this before, but not that they were located in the same area from different patients. If you have any information on this I would appreciate it if you would send it to me. Thanks, KC --- In , Patilla DaHun <glypella@p...> wrote: > Marcie, I would contact EEOC, the ADA division, about your " liability > problem " . Guest guest
KC, I was told (2nd hand) that in the study that was done at Mt. Sinai (forget the Dr's name) all 25 mold patients had the same result. You might want to call them about it. The lawyer, Guy Vann, in NYC may also have some info on it. Guest guest
Yes, Dr. Gordon is the one who conducted the studies. Unfortunately, he is in another department now - eye care, I believe.
