Hi All,

The Dee vs. PCS toxic mold case is expected to have a jury decision today.

I am told there will be a press conference on the courthouse steps in

downtown Los Angeles around noon.

Alana , exwife of Rod and fellow mold victim, along with

longtime Hollywood comedian, Marty Ingals, and Lou Ferrigno - the Incredible

Hulk, and fellow mold survivor will be there.

We just confirmed Lou Ferrigno & his wife, Carla Ferrigno. They will be

> there at 11:30 a.m. and will go up to Dept 19. They will be available for

> the press conference between 12 - 1:30 p.m. on the 9th floor of the
