If the results of investigation warrant it, he will be subject to arrest and can

be charged with a felony. FEMA is very jealous of its public image, as well as

being extremely security-concious. I'd hazard a guess that no matter what the

investigation turns up, this guy is done.

Back in the day, they just called it capetbagging...
