Guest guest
Do you guys have ANY idea just how awesome we really are? We could have packed it in. We could have given up. We could have crawled into a bottle or just pulled the trigger. The experts who jump in and help us out could have gone their own way. After all - they don't really need us, do they? Most of us are sick and broke, or well on our way there. We are hardly the king-making cash cows they could wish for, are we? But they hang in. Perfectly, absolutely, awesome. Guest guest
Jane: Here in Canada, we have something called The Canadian Pain Society. I've just looked into this after reading an article about it today in my doc's office. I don't know a whole lot about it yet, but will take the time to see what it's all about. I will post if they have links to anything for the USA. I agree with what you posted 100%......there has to be something out there for those of us who fall through the cracks. > You know, I read so many posts from our group where we deal with > unsympathetic, cold, uninformed caregivers. Guest guest
Rant all you want, Jane. I agree with you. There are too many stories here about people with untreated pain and even undertreated RA. Not an MD I'll tell you where to go!
