Guest guest
It helps to not have to deal with the period of November to May at 8,000', where my house is. Still, I spent plenty of nights below freezing, and more than a few nights in the teens. Winter in the Arizona Sonoran desert is still winter in North America. I did not see Dr. Shoemaker, other than meeting him in DC last September, but we do exchange communications. He is an exceptional person, both in ability and empathy. As I've said before, I exposed my Primary Care Physicians to Dr. S's work, and he agreed to start me on CSM. We are in regular contact, and his education on the issue is ongoing. This brings up an important point -- that other physicians need to become aware of this work, and become able to diagnose and treat on thier own, using Dr. Shoemakers protocols and staying aware of new research. This group is evidence of the magnitude of the problem, and with potentially hundreds of thousands affected in this country, there is going to have to be more than one man who can treat this.
