Guest guest
WebMD's Address: WebMD Inc., c/o WebMD Office of Privacy, 1175 Peachtree Street 100 Colony Square, Suite 2400, Atlanta, GA 30361 I did not realize that WebMD's main office was out of Atlanta. My curiosity was peaked immediately concerning authors and their biography. Now I can understand their stance and lack of information involving environmental issues. After reviewing all the biographies of the board members, several of them attended Emory University and one was presented an award from the CDC. hmmmmmmmmmm. Just lost all crediability with me. This goes to show that their medical information, research and personal opinions would be highly influenced by the CDC. Those of you that don't know, you will find the CDC, Emory Univ. & PathCon Labs all go hand and hand. Most of the " professionals " that work at the CDC graduated from Emory Univ. and also teach at the University. PathCon Labs employees some of which have come from the CDC, they state this right on their website. Watch their video. There was an " independent " lab called in by the CDC to " review " the Cleveland cases, and that " independent " lab found " no connection " to mold.???? I'm just " wondering " if this lab was " PathCon Labs " ????????? I have gone face to face with the head of PathCon Labs, Shelton, concerning this issue and the effects of enviornmental toxins. I won't go into detail, but someone with his extensive expertises should be able to run circles around me. This was not the case, the only thing he was able to fall back on was that something had to be wrong with the immune system beforehand. He could not confirm what he would consider a compromised immune system disorder in order for a fungal infection to take hold. There was an offer presented, for he and I to have our immune systems tested, then stay in a " moldy " environment. Just to prove that it does/does not cause these symptoms. Especially since " there is no definate proof " , for some reason my offer was rejected. One of his concerns was that being exposed to these toxins, you could come down with hypersensitivity pneumonitis.... I'm a bit confused, if your immune system was not compromised in the first place, then why would you have to be worried about developing this condition? Strange........... In my opinion, I would say the rest of the Medical Colleges in the state of Georgia walk the same line. I know this for a fact through personal communications. Speaking of enviornmeantal toxins I got nowhere. KC
Guest guest
That sure does explain a lot. Someone is getting paid off to put out this nonsense like the Web MD article. Good investigative work! Guest guest
Val, You are welcome. And there is no need for an apology, I knew what you ment. I and I believe many other people are not critical towards anyone for miss spelling or pronounciation. And anyone who wants to be critical on top of everything else that many of us are dealing with may find themselves hit by a lot of unwanted comments... Take care, KC ps; Just to make a point, this was posted on another board as a joke by one of our members, but it just goes to show what the human brain is capable of and how it is conditioned, no matter what you may see: Typoglycemia Don't delete this because it looks weird.
