Guest guest
, if you will check around, you will find that not only is the VCR test a valid means of testing for neurotoxins, it is also technically possible to deliver it via web - although this isn't the absolutely optimal way to do it. (I first thought as you do, then did the homework to check it out.) The protocol isn't nearly as simple as, " Here, take this stuff. " Unfortunately, I have found that Dr. Shoemaker is no longer doing phone consults. You have to physically go to his office at least once, and there are extensive lab tests to be done. You might also check with Dr. Schaller (Dr. Shoemaker's co-author). He is a member of this group. shelly_omd <shelly_omd@...> wrote: , I just paid to take this vision test from Shoemaker and it sounds similar to what you are describing. You cover one eye at a time and identify whether bars are straight up, to the left or right. Though the $1,000 immunoscience lab test I took for the presence of neurotoxins was positive for neurotoxins and I remain symptomatic, this vision test said I was negative and the web site would not provide me with the protocol for the meds to give to my doctor. I am a RN, OMD and QME and I can not help now but question how legit this is. > IS IT THE VEP (VISUAL EVOCTED POTENTIAL) TESTING? THAT'S WHERE YOU STARE AT A CHECKERED BOARD SCREEN, WITH ONE EYE, WHILE OTHER IS PATCHED-- & THEN THE OTHER EYE IS DONE. I'VE HAD THAT A FEW TIMES ALREADY. IT CHECKS THE OPTIC NERVE--FOR DEMYELINATION. > > V. > [] Dr. Shoemaker experiences > > > > > > We are getting ready to take the kids to Dr. Shoemaker. Guest guest
In the other VCS tests I looked at, the only key to being able to view the tests online was being able to produce the correct screen resolution. However - the other video settings are not quite precise, and neither is the distance from the screen. This online test is only being used as part of an overall screening test. fletch_82000 <fletch_8@...> wrote:One more thing, my son had very high IgM and IgG to eleven molds in Sept, but in Feb. had after three months on Sporanox had no IgMs, and many IgGs fell but were still high-two stayed high or higher, and also now had high IgEs to different molds. He made it through the winter without breathing difficulties, but this spring has brought them back. My son passed the VCS test with a higher score than me or my wife who passed also. My son failed the preliminary test. Dr. Schaller said the computer VCS test is not as reliable as the paper test.
