CINI – Child In Need Institute invites applications from suitable candidates for

the following position for its Jharkhand unit at Ranchi:

1. TRAINING OFFICER:

For a DFID/ SHRC funded internship programme for preparing candidates for middle

level management roles in the NGO sector. The course focuses on issues and

policies surrounding Reproductive & Sexual Health specifically HIV/AIDS. It will

also introduce candidates to variety of work-related practices & policies

regarding NGO management.

The candidate must be masters in Social Sciences with 2-3 years experience in

independently conducting training sessions on RSH & HIV/AIDS and has strong

written and oral communication skills in English and Hindi.

The position is purely contractual with a minimum starting remuneration package
