I finally got Mold Warrior and what surprises me is his recommendation

of high protein/high carbohydrate diet. I had been anxious to see

what he recommended in diet. It's near the end of book.

To fight Candida you go low carb/no fruit/no sugar of any form. Dr

Shoemaker say fructose is okay. Actually in Barry Sears famous low

carb Zone Diet he recommends fructose (sugar found in fruit)in place

of sugar but not much. Is anyone else surprised or followed his

diet?

I would have thought a rid oneself of Candida yeast would be similar

diet of someone with mold issues. HOWEVER now realizing I am talking

(Candida) infection versus (mold) toxin illness so these guidelines

are apparently not for people with fungal infections, correct?? Does

anyone know or have an opinion on diet?

Thanks
