Guest guest
Concrete block is usually used only for exterior walls, not interior walls. Interior walls are wood frame. The roof structure is also usually wod frame. This blue wood might be some help, but another even bigger problem is the insulation in the walls. Fiberglass insulation is held together with an organic binder which becomes very moldy when wet. Nothing works better than following all building codes and simply building the house right in the first place.
