If you want we can also share the news Item of the Merrut private Blood bank few

months back, which said that out of the five blood bags purchased, few were HIV

positive.

In 1994 all the kits provided by WHO was faulty and Hepatitis C testing has only

started a few months back. There are many flaws in the stystem and even today

the regional centers opened by the NACO in Delhi are not functional in practical

while the same situation is present in UP, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh and to a larger

extent in Rajasthan and Haryana to my Knowledge.

The question is who is going to bell the cat(NACO) and it seems no one has the

courage to do so while the goverment is equally sleeping.
