Family Health International is dedicated to improving lives, knowledge, and

education, and services in family health and HIV/AIDS prevention and care.

We are seeking qualified candidates for:

Capacity Development Officer (India)Responsible for serving as the primary

technical resource for the FHI/India team in the area of capacity development

through the development and implementation of a capacity development work plan

in HIV/AIDS which serves the needs of diverse program managers, program

officers, technical officers, and field staff including Program Managers and

Capacity Development Officers in the districts which are implementing the

Expanded and Comprehensive Response (ECR) approach. In general, develop the

skills and capabilities of front line FHI staff in the area of capacity

development for more effective, comprehensive and scaled up programs. Requires

Masters degree in Public Health, Management or relevant discipline and at least

five years experience in capacity development in a developing country, and in

health planning and management. Experience in development of Management

Information System (MIS), and experience in HIV/AIDS programs.
