Guest guest
I was doing a search and came across this website for Minnesota: http://www.isd194.k12.mn.us/shots.pdf To go to school in Minnesota, students must show they've had the immunizations or file a legal exemption with the school. " To go to school in Minnesota, students must show they've had the immunizations or file a legal exemption with the school. Parents may file a medical exemption signed by a health care provider or a conscientious objection signed by parent/guardian and notarized. " This is from the Minnesota Dept. of Health! A first as far as seeing them actually say proof of immunization OR exemption is required for school!!! Most places never mention exemptions at all, therefore very few parents know such things even exist! Yeah Minnesota!! Kay
