I find it interesting that Shirley and Marty Ingles have joined this

fight. I remember several years back seeing an interview about how they got

together. The story was that he suffered from a depression so severe that she

found him wrapped in a blanket laying on the floor, unable to care for himself

at all. Then they talked a lot about the devastating effects of major depression

and how it could happen to anybody.

At the time, I knew exactly what they were talking about, having been there

myself. I thought very highly of them for coming out about it and being so

frank. It's been years now, and I finally, finally understand what it was that

put me in that sad and dangerous condition back then. Of course, you know what

I'm wondering now...
