Combining the potential of a " nearly 25% " HLA-DR with the 1998

Cornell study that found significant levels of toxin producing molds

in one out of every five large buildings, along with occupants

complaining of symptoms concurrent with mycotoxin exposure, means that

the inevitable minimum prevalence of disability and illness can be

extrapolated with relative ease.

That makes the occurance in Incline Village a very ominous sign!

Just to put a number to this: With 280 million in this country, 24%

equals 67.2 million people with biotioxin susceptability. If one in

five buildings are contaminated, assuming an even distribution of

susceptible persons, 20% of that population, or 13.44 million people

in this country are on track for mycotoxicity.

To take this one step further, assuming lifetime health care costs of,

what -- $500,000 per person? -- this makes for a 672 billion dollar

liability? My calculator did not handle this.

Is there any wonder we're not getting political traction on this

problem? If people did not get sick, the overall costs would be

almost trivial. Medical Research for cures is the key to this

issue,(this and avoiding contamination in the first place...) and it's

being held back by a denial of it's existence.
