Hi Peggy, Well my case went to remediation today. I got back all the money I

had to put out and $6,000.00 for future medical problems. The way they handled

the case is that it was worked in a way that the record was wiped clean. Since

the Sheriff took over our police dept...If I get sick again, it would start out

as a fresh workmans comp case. I have not been at work for a while since I was

raped, but I feel wonderful being away from the mold. I am glad I got back the

money I had put, out of pocket. Its one small step...I couldnt prove the

neurological problems were caused my mold but I won for the asthma.. Love to

all of you
