Applications are invited from eligible Indian citizens for the following posts

in a Targeted Intervention Project named " West Bengal Male to Male Sexual Health

Promotion & HIV Control Programme " .

Interested candidates are required to send their applications with their resume

1. Project Co-ordinator:

a) Masters(Social Science / Social Work) with experience in development / health

work,

Empowered target group persons with 5 years of field experience in TI project

management / HIV /AIDS for MSM, IDU, PLHA projects only,

c) MBA with experience in development / health work,

d) Computer skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) and

internet operation,

e) Leadership skill

# Salary – Rs. 6000/- per month.

2. Counsellors:

a) Masters in Social / Behavioral Sciences,

Empowered target group persons with 3 years of field experience in

TI project management / HIV / AIDS for MSM, IDU, PLHA projects only,

c) Communication skills,

# Salary – Rs. 5000/- per month.

3. Accountant:

a) B. Com. or similar degrees,

Sound knowledge in financial accounting,

c) Computer skills in MS Office and Internet operation,

# Salary – Rs. 4000/- per month.

4. Office Support Staff:

a) Bachelor's degree,

Computer skills in MS Office and Internet operation

# Salary – Rs. 4000/- per month

Fluency in Bengali is essential for all posts.The project head quarter will be

in Kolkata but the staff will have to travel widely all through West Bengal.

Qualifications are relaxable for candidates with considerable exposure to the

MSM field.
