I'm sure there are many unable to consult with you or Dr. Shoemaker who would want to use CSM thinking it's a miracle cure for everyone. Nothing is so simple in real life. Hopefully more M.D.'s will adopt your protocols and will be able to help patients unable to travel for treatment. I know a number locally who do not have the finances to travel nor pay out-of-pocket for their medical treatments; some have no insurance coverage, others only HMO so they wait or perhaps if they hear about CSM might want convince their M.D. to prescribe thinking it's the cure to all their problems.
