Please share any experiences with CSM (dosing, symptom improvement,

side effects, etc.), or if you've found any useful alternatives.

Thanks!

Hi,

I've been a patient of Dr. Shoemaker's for over a year. I started taking the

CSM in Dec. 2003 and have had excellent results!! No side effects except

constipation which is easily fixed with the sorbital or Milk of Mag.

Some bloating the first week or so but a lot of water helps with that. In

just a week the terrible spacey feelings and brain fog were gone! Then the

aches

and pains slowly disappeared. I took it 4X a day for almost a yr. Now only

2X a day unless I feel I've been in a sick damp building, then I take an

extra dose. All my aches and pains are gone unless I do too much in one day & I

still get tired by late afternoon. I still have problems with my short term

memory, but I think that's something I will have to live with. I still blend

words together now & then & forget what I'm talking about, (makes me feel like

an idiot). I write EVERYTHING down that I have to do for the day.

No more allergies, headaches, joint or muscle pain, twitches, constant

thirst, blurred vision, slurred speech, off balance, itchy crawly skin, ear

aches, shortness of breath, sinus congestion, cough, stabbing pains, racing

heart, sleeplessness, extreme fatigue, confusion, etc. I haven't had one cold,

sinus problem, cough, sore throat, no health problems of any kind except the

toxic illness from my filthy building!

I try to stay away from water damaged buildings but as you all know that

isn't easy. I think all our public bldgs. & schools are in a terrible state.

It's frightening!!!

I live in land not far from Dr. Shoemaker, but I would travel to the

ends of the Earth for an appointment with him. He is a wonderful man and an

excellent physician!!!! I can't say enough good things about him.

We have to continue to educate the world about the hazards of mold!!!!!!!!

Sue,

Your blurry vision is gone? That is one thing that bothers me so

much. How bad was your vision? How did you handle it? Did you

wear glasses to help or what? My vision is different one day to

another.

Also you said sleep. How did you sleep before and now?

Also, what did you mean by this:

" no health problems of any kind except the

toxic illness from my filthy building! "

If I thought it would do that for me I would take it 4 times a day.

Thanks, Barb

I HAVE A QUESTION, GANG: MY VISION IS VERYYYYYY BLURRY SOMETIMES, & THAT SEEMS

TO COME & GO. ALSO, THOUGH, SOMETIMES I GET THIS SENSATION LIKE SOMEBODY IS

STICKING ME IN THE EYES WITH PINS & NEEDLES. DOES ANYBODY ELSE HAVE THAT? AND

IF SO, WHICH MYCOTOXINS WERE YOU EXPOSED TO? ASPIRGILLUS, PENICILLIUM, STACHY,

OR OTHER?

THANKS,

V.

Hi V.,

My vision is also periodically blurry, usually when I have been exposed to

something or am allergy hammered, or tired. I have gone from blurry and double

vision-to what I have now! I also feel poked with needles, in the eyes and

sledge-hammered in the head,to go along with the numb fingers and toes and

sometimes calf, that comes and goes also. But about this I feel blessed to have

reached this level of recovery-with a long way to go! Our expose included all

that you listed below plus 4 others that were toxic. Cucumber is a great

soother, and helps cut down the scaling that forms. Kathie

I have eye pain and also blurry vision. My eye pain is worse when I

first get up in the morning which seems the opposite of what one would

expect. Sometimes it lasts all day. Now I'm having a lot of trouble

right now but I also have tree and grass allergies which are at high

point now. However I have trouble year round with eye pain and blurry

vision not related to allergies. It's just magnified right now by

pollen present.
